2. Keep Your Receipt

Hold on to your receipt as proof of purchase. You’ll need to upload a photo or copy of it when entering.

3. Complete the Entry Form

Fill in your details below and upload your receipt.

4. Submit Your Entry

Once you’ve submitted your form, you’re in the draw!

Important Information
Promotion runs from 1 July to 31 July.
A minimum spend of $20 in a single transaction is required for each entry.
A valid receipt must be uploaded with every entry.
Multiple entries are welcome, provided each entry is supported by a different eligible receipt.
Winners will be drawn after the promotion closes and announced during the first week of August on the Otahuhu Business Association Facebook page.
Winners will also be contacted using the details provided on the entry form.
